As a coach and a creative, I am invested in stories – yours and mine.

How we move in the world is shaped by the stories we’re told by others and ourselves. We bring these stories into every encounter and circumstance.

My passion for stories, whether sharing them through my art or being with my clients in coaching, is rooted in my own story.

As a survivor of childhood trauma, including the death of a sibling, parental divorce, misunderstandings around my own neurodivergence as a teenager, and a mother diagnosed with Leukemia during my senior year of high school, I understood early how your story shapes your inner world and developed a passion for the life held inside significant transitions.

Every person holds a world within them while they navigate a big, ever-changing world outside of them.

As I healed and learned to live wholeheartedly, a desire took root to empower people waking up each day feeling like they are too much or not enough.

Your greatest strength will be in building self trust through self knowledge, self compassion, and understanding yourself in the different spaces you must move in and out of every day. I want to see you step into the brilliance of who you have always been.

Before coaching, I enjoyed a decade-plus career in education. My last six years in the classroom were dedicated to neurodivergent learners as a Gifted and Talented Specialist.

Neurodiversity is a large umbrella. My experience with this incredible population of learners enabled me to gain specialized training and application in life skills beyond the scope of the average classroom teacher.

My approach went beyond academic borders into stress-management techniques, executive functioning skills, and social-emotional skills, essentially all of the things that make humaning through transitions a little easier to hold.
